Creative Media Practice - ISADORA

When I heard about ISADORA from looking on blackboard I could of even guessed what this type of software is! So I had to look for a definition 'Isadora is the award winning, interactive media presentation tool that allows you to follow your artistic impulse. Whether you are an artist, designer, performer, or VJ, you can quickly and easily harness the limitless potential of digital media and real-time interactivity with Isadora.' and what I gather from that definition is that ISADORA is maybe never complete you can use all your skills in digital media to create something but there is always more that could be done? Maybe I'm wrong thats just my theory. Although I was not there for the lecture on ISADORA or did not get the chance to play around, I came in when Orlagh was finishing her ISADORA piece off and although she seemed to have figured it out and had a good idea, she played around with different doors putting different things behind them, the software seemed to get her very frustrated. 

Opinion?

Looking at ISADORA it looks to me like it's software is a set of building blocks, there is always room to learn with this software and you have limitless options as to what you can portray, however I think this software needs time. Especially as I am not the best with software I know I would need a couple of weeks alone just to figure the software out and that's before even coming up with an idea and putting it in to practice and seeing as we only have 2 weeks for our project I don't think this would be a very good decision for me to make by choosing Isadora to work with. Maybe ISADORA will cross my path again and at least I will actually know what it means.
